Take 'em down, tap 'em out tee shirtsTakedown and tapout, the Jiu Jitsu wayA couple of tee shirts about the whole game now - take 'em down, tap 'em out. It's your basic statement of intent, and you basic outline of the game plan. Get the opponent on the ground - in other words, most likely somewhere they're not comfortable or trained for if they're not a roller - and make them tapout. End of story. The first of these, like some of our other ranges, is the more recent; less design stuff going on, but - we think - better for it. A simple, clear statement in the right typeface, along with design elements as punctuation rather than essentials. Worked out pretty good for this 'takedown and tapout' jiu jitsu shirt. And yes, it's supposed to be squint. It's called "art". Got it?
Take 'em down, tap 'em out - original designThis was our first run at this tee shirt and, like some of our other shirts, you can see what the aim was; we just needed a bit more experience to get the approach right. That said, it still ain't too bad for a simple, basic jiu jitsu tee shirt, and gets the message across without being overwhelmed with unnecessary stuff getting in the way of the slogan.
